UK-incorporated holding company. Holds equity in the Zimbabwean operating subsidiary, manages investor relations and offshore hard-currency reserves, and serves as the contracting party with international DFIs.

Afroglobal Trade LTD

Registrar of Companies (ZW): 68068A02112025

Zimbabwean operating subsidiary. Owns the Mutoko site, the processing and solar assets, the EPC and offtake contracts, and is the registered employer for plant and outgrower programme staff.
